Come and browse in the extensive showroom of hats for dolls and bears. These are samples of hats that have been created over the years from charming good quality vintage millinery materials. My one-of-a-kind hats are both unique and exquisite. They can be made of fine fabric, italian hat straw, hessian, raffia, felt or velvet. Whatever the base hat, there are delightful vintage trims to compliment the hat. Many doll and bear makers find the thrill of dressing their friend in a hat that is one-of-a-kind too good to resist.

This stunning hat was formed from sea green hand dyed and worked raffia. The trim is oversewn with grey vintage Italian hat straw and trimmed around the brim edge and centre crown with fancy navy Italian hat straw. Vintage fabric flowers and millinery trim adorn the crown above, with a navy ostrich feather there is a length of fine veiling which can be used to tie this hat under the chin of the wearer.
his cute hat is formed from natural hessian. The trim is vintage Italian hat straw with a lovely vintage silk and velvet flower and vintage roster tail feathers.
This one-of-a-kind hand-dyed and worked brown raffia hat. The stain corded trim surrounds the crown and is looped up behind the lovey vintage salmon coloured flower (which is shown beautifully in the second view below)and vintage speckled rooster feather, a gorgeous teddy bear hat.
This one-of-a-kind hat is formed from hand worked natural raffia. The navy veiling surrounds the hat and is generous enough to place over the face of the doll and bear if this is desired. This hat is also trimmed with a vintage pale blue velvet flower and navy feathers.
